Specials, events and ads

✓Different boards at different hours. Lunch specials at eleven, happy hour at four, the late menu after nine — one screen doing three jobs a day.
✓Scheduled by day and hour. Wing night appears at four and is gone by ten.
✓Sell a slot. Mark a promo as a sponsor, set the date they paid through, and it comes off by itself. Afterwards you can see exactly how many times it ran — which is what an advertiser asks for. We take nothing from that.
✓Brewery and tap takeovers. Give them the full screen for the weekend. The board is back to normal on Monday without anyone touching it.
✓The things you keep repeating. Kitchen closes at nine, cash only at the bar, the wifi password. Whatever is currently on a whiteboard by the door.
✓Full screen or beside a photo, whichever suits the picture.
✓A run report per promo. Times shown, total time on screen, and which days it ran — for a sponsor, or just to see whether anyone could have missed it.
✓Rep tastings and brand nights. When a distributor puts money behind a night — a rep pouring samples and cocktails, the bar taking the spend — the tasting goes on the board for exactly those hours. The run report afterwards is the number the rep has to take back to their distributor.

✓We email you if a screen stops checking in — and stay quiet outside your opening hours, so a TV switched off at close does not wake anyone.
